Hey Deb, 

 I just want to say, you guys are honestly are same like reviews. Doing work is one thing but your emotional support and Ryan who came in the other day are so supportive and very knowledgeable. 

If he didn't come in that day, i would not have known that water was left open under the house and all fittings were gone. 

 

I just want to say - Thank you so much. You have got a lifetime customer and really thankful.

Hugh worked valiantly through till 7 pm tonight. He is a diligent and dedicated worker and in my opinion an asset to your company's character. There was a lot of effort being made to repair the pipework in a very difficult situation, getting to the leaking water main. Hot showers all round tonight.

Hi Deborah, thanks for being so prompt. 

Ryan checked the system yesterday and it was fine for power, gas & water supply, he suggested I contact Rinnai for a service in case of deeper issues. Rinnai suggested I switch the unit back on at the wall - temp switch I did this and this worked. Switch was hidden in cupboard and I hadn't seen if before as I've just moved in.

This was the quick fix I was looking for and while I appreciate your efficiency and responsiveness in this busy time, it would have been great if you'd suggested I try this first! 

I hope you can provide this information to others in the future. Please send me the invoice for Ryan's time - but I would appreciate any discount you can supply given this situation.

I'm sure I'll be calling on your speedy services again in the future.

Thank you so much for your help when I had water rushing out of my bathroom tap and no one else would come for 2 days!! you guys were amazing. Helped me find my water mains, stay on the phone to calm me down. and sent Ryan over in 5-10mins to sort it all out. Friendly, helpful, professional, quick, and efficient service. Best service I have had for a long time and highly recommend to anyone!

Just letting you know, the installation has been done perfectly, your two guys are so friendly, efficient, and professional. And also thank you very much to organising everything for me under the short notice. it is amazing! You guys will be my first contact for the future and I will recommend your company to my friends as well.

Could you please tell me the electrician's phone number, I would like to have a rough idea when the electrician would come so I can be prepared, or you could find out for me, I know he will call me near the time, but I still like to have an idea.
