Emergency / Urgent Callout Plumbing Services during Covid-19 Lockdown

We will continue to offer our Plumbing and Gasfitting services, this being an essential service, throughout COVID-19 Level 4 restrictions in an effort to support our customers’ needs to service the safety and wellbeing of the wider community.

Sullivan Plumbing and Gas is available 24 HOURS PER DAY FOR EMERGENCY/URGENT CALLOUTS. For your families health and safety. 

If at all possible we would prefer to restrict the calls to our phones to the hours of 7am to 10pm at night to ensure our staff get uninterrupted sleep. 

CALL US OUTSIDE THESE HOURS IF IT IS AN EMERGENCY or you are unable to isolate the water or gas yourself. 
If you have the following problem here is what to do:

  • Gas Leak – turn off the gas supply at either the meter or the gas bottles. Call us and we will attend to the problem at the earliest possible. 
  • Water Leak – turn off the water at the water meter. 
  • HWC Leaking – turn off your water at the meter.
  • Sewage/Waste Blockage – call us immediately and isolate the area where the sewage could be overflowing. 
There will be restrictions in place when we visit your house.   
As per the governments regulations around Covid-19 we are to:
  • minimise, or eliminate if possible, physical interactions among staff and with and between customers
  • ensure appropriate health, hygiene and safety measures are in place
  • restrict activity to only what is essential during the Alert Level 4 period.

 You will be asked to reply by text or email as to what status the occupants of the house are in as far as their health and Covid-19.
